Newcastle Yoga Space has added new classes to the timetable. We now have twice weekly beginner classes on Tuesday & Thursday evenings. Casual attendance is welcome.
Pregnancy yoga classes are now being held twice a week on Monday & Wednesday evenings. These classes are suitable for all pregnant women.
There is also an additional general vinyasa class on Wednesday mornings at 6am for the early birds. This class is suitable for all levels.
